AC servo motors are usually single-phase asynchronous motors. Like ordinary motors, they are mainly composed of a stator and a rotor. AC servo motors are also brushless motors, which are divided into synchronous and asynchronous motors. Currently, synchronous motors are generally used in motion control. It has a large power range and can achieve a large power. High inertia, the highest rotational speed is low, and it decreases rapidly as power increases. Therefore, it is suitable for applications with low speed and smooth operation. There is no essential difference between the working principle and the single-phase induction motor. However, it is necessary to have a performance that overcomes the so-called "rotation" phenomenon of the AC servo motor, that is, it should not rotate when there is no control signal, especially when it is already rotating, if the control signal disappears, it should stop immediately. Turn. Most of the servo motors produced by Nanjing Europower are AC servo motors, which use a three-phase sinusoidal magnetic field and have good dynamic response.
